Before entering federal politics, The Honorable Tony Clement served as a Cabinet Minister for Ontario which included the Minister of Health and Long Term Care. Clement went on to win the 2006 federal election, serving as a conservative parliamentary member until 2018. during that the time the former MP was appointed to the Minister of Health as well as the Minister of Industry. Clement later went on to become the President of the Treasury Board.
