After a decade of teaching embodied energetics through yoga, meditation, mindbody fitness, and practicing energy medicine her frequency as she shares her human design wisdom is rather different than the norm. She’s a body teacher and a body teacher first. She’s the bridge between the knowledge of your design and the embodiment of the wisdom.
