Rational Thinking Reset Worksheet
Based on Chapter 5 of Psycho-Cybernetics — Reprogram your beliefs and emotions through logic
Section 1: Emotional Awareness
What emotion do you want to shift? (e.g., fear, guilt, insecurity)

What belief might be hiding behind that emotion? (“I’m not good enough,” “I always mess up,” etc.)

Section 2: Test the Belief with Logic
Challenge that belief like a scientist:
