This isn't a full, in-depth look like we've done with the other Spidey movies so far (we'll need a copy we can pause for that!) but after two years of pandemic, Ethan and Erik had to geek out about the pure joy of returning to the theater to watch the web-slinger sling webs once more in this, the capper to the Homecoming trilogy. In honor of the new year, we also talk some of our favorite New Beginnings for Spider-Man in the comics.

Hosts Ethan Colchamiro and Erik Burnham decided to split off their post-movie wrap to its own episode, mostly because Erik gets twitchy when any one episode gets TOO long. 

It was recorded in June 2021, but we wisely took out all of our No Way Home speculation after seeing that film. HAPPY 2022, WEBHEADS!

Ethan and Erik discuss the last quarter of Spider-Man Homecoming and -- since Erik took so DANG LONG to edit this episode, they also have a new holiday themed comics talk -- our favorite Spider-Man Christmas stories! Plus hype for the forthcoming No Way Home and reactions to the first teaser for Across The Spider-Verse Part One!

Ethan and Erik discuss Spidey-related news from the entertainment world (cartoons, movie casting, and something cool down at Disney's Avengers Campus); the third section of Spider-Man Homecoming, and top it all off discussing Marvel Team-Up #13, where Spider-Man and Captain America face the Grey Gargoyle!  

Ethan and Erik continue their discussion of Peter Parker's first full-length MCU adventure, starting with the party at Liz's and going all the way towards the Academic Decathlon. They also talk about the first meeting of Spidey and Iron Man in the comics, something that didn't happen until 1973's Marvel Team Up #9!

The end of 2020 is nigh, and Ethan Colchamiro & Erik Burnham have finally reached the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Webhead's MCU debut is covered here in this standalone episode, along with a few minutes' worth of chat about the notion of Spider-Man as a team player. It's good to be back!

So many odd choices, and yet, perhaps one of their favorite scenes in any Spidey movie, all in one 30 minute chunk. And we get an in-depth break down of the comic book history of the shocking villain known as Max Dillion, aka Electro!
