As a food critic, it is always exciting to come across a dish that not only meets but exceeds all expectations. And that is exactly what happened when I had the pleasure of trying the Frijoles Charros with Bacon dish at a local Mexican restaurant. The dish arrived at the table, and immediately I was struck by the presentation.
