The frugal hedonist

Listen Later

In this episode I am talking with the author of the book The Art of Frugal Hedonims Annie Raser-Rowland. The book, as the subtitle says, is a guide to spending less while enjoying everything more. Inspired by the topic of the book we talk about:

  • the frugal hedonistic lifestyle and the benefits this form of living brings to our environment
  • consumerism and what it does to us
  • the power of advertisement
  • being more sociable through consuming less
  • relationships and happiness
  • technology and how we are not working less through the use of it
  • and many other things.
