The Full Momty episodes

  • Mom(s) Gone Mild

This week on The Full Momty, Jackie is joined by Alexis (Lex) Caamano, fellow podcaster and host of Mom Gone Mild, for a conversation that goes from hilarious to heartfelt—and pretty much everywhere in between.

We’re getting real about motherhood, mental health, and what happens when the girls who used to stay out all night partying suddenly become the moms responsible for keeping tiny humans alive. 😂

Lex opens up about her own mental health journey, the realities of motherhood, and the parts of being a mom that don’t always make it onto Instagram. And, of course, we take a trip down memory lane to talk about our younger, wilder days and just how different life looks now.

We talk anxiety, identity, mom guilt, friendships, partying, and learning how to take care of yourself while you’re busy taking care of everyone else.

  • Early Childhood Development with Vivien

On this episode of The Full Momty, Jackie and Vonia sit down with Vivien Firta, early childhood specialist and educator, to talk all things little kids—from development and behavior to connection, play, and boundaries.

Vivien was Jackie's daughter's amazing Preschool Director and brings years of experience working with young children and families. We talk about meeting kids where they are developmentally, why play is so much more than “just play,” and what parents can do at home to support their children without feeling like they need a degree in early childhood education.

Because raising tiny humans is beautiful, hilarious, exhausting, and confusing...and we're all in this shitshow together.

  • Improv-ing Our Parenting with Unthinkable Comedy

This week, Jackie and Vonia sit down with with the freaking coolest and sweetest humans on earth and the the founders of Unthinkable Comedy Sarah & Gary, to talk about something we could probably all use a little more of—learning how to roll with it.

Because if there’s anything that requires improv skills, it’s parenting.

We talk about how improv can help kids build confidence, listen to each other, take risks, think on their feet, and get a little more comfortable with the fact that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. (A lesson we are also still learning 🫠.)

We also talk about how improv can be just as great for the quiet kid as the one who was clearly born with a microphone in their hand—and how good it is for kids to have a place where they can be silly, try something, totally blow it, laugh, and keep going.

It’s funny, thoughtful, and such a good reminder that maybe we don’t need to have all the answers for our kids or ourselves.

Sometimes you just have to say “yes, and…” and see where the scene takes you.

Which, by the way, is pretty much how we Full Momty moms are trying to steer this parenting boat, making it up as we go and hoping everyone stays onboard.

  • Parenting & Potty Talk with THE Jamie Glowacki

We're BAAAACK! Listen, summer was crazy but Jackie and Vonia are back to chat the one and only Jamie Glowacki, author of the world-famous "Oh Crap! Potty Training" and "Oh Crap! I Have a Toddler" books.

They dive right into the absolute insanity of toddlerhood, the unique experience of being a “COVID mom,” and why parenting small humans can feel like a full-contact sport.

Topics include potty training, toddler behavior, mom guilt, boundaries, survival mode, and all the things nobody really prepares you for when you become a parent.

If you’ve ever hidden in the bathroom for five minutes of peace, bribed a toddler with snacks, questioned your parenting choices, or whispered “What the hell is happening?” while your child melts down in Target… this episode is for you.

Come for Jamie’s parenting wisdom. Stay for Jackie and Vonia’s chaos.

This week on The Full Momty Podcast, Jackie and Vonia sit down with Anthony Gigante—entrepreneur, podcast producer, community builder, and founder of Podcast SCV. Anthony shares his journey from Brooklyn to Santa Clarita, the lessons he's learned through building businesses, and why meaningful conversations have the power to change lives (we've already seen it happen with our little show).

Whether you're a parent trying to juggle all the things, a business owner chasing a dream, or someone looking for encouragement to take the next step, this episode will leave you feeling motivated and reminded that growth often happens outside your comfort zone.

  • Neurospice and Everything Nice

You know about the terrible twos. But what about threenagers? And the fucking fours? Because those are absolutely a thing too.

This week, we dive headfirst into the chaos of raising little kids with big feelings: epic tantrums, screaming, emotional meltdowns, hour-long night terrors, and that nagging question every parent eventually asks themselves: Is this typical kid behavior, or is something else going on?

We're joined by ABA therapist and friend, Thereasa Howell to unpack the messy, confusing, and sometimes terrifying process of figuring it all out. We talk early signs, evaluations, occupational therapy, what ABA actually is, and how neurodivergent parents can survive raising neurospicy kids while managing their own brains.

  • Beach Days, Big Laughs & Little Moments | Moms in Comedy with Julia Johns

What happens when you’ve nearly survived spring break with your kids…and immediately relocate to the studio to regain your sanity?

In this episode of The Full Momty, we’re joined by the hilarious Julia Johns, host of The Littlest Late Show, to talk about life as moms who love to perform, create, and find the funny in the everyday chaos.

Jackie and Vonia are almost off spring break (fully immersed in nonstop needs, acting as snack bitch, sunscreen applier, and surviving by any means necessary) and are now in the studio hiding from their families.

    We get into:

    • What it’s like being moms in comedy (and why humor is basically survival)

    • Spring break with kids; chaos, snacks, beach days, and all

    • The little moments with our kids that we never want to forget

    • The funniest, most unhinged, and unexpectedly wise things our kids have said

    • And… reading anonymous Mom Confessions from our first live show 👀 (it gets wild)

This episode is a reminder that motherhood isn’t just the big milestones, it’s also the tiny, hilarious, blink-and-you-miss-it moments that make it all worth it.

Because sometimes the most meaningful parts of mom life are also the funniest… especially after a week of 24/7 togetherness. Pray for us.

  • Moms & Moms to Be

This week on The Full Momty, Jackie & Vonia sit down with actress and voice actor Delilah Kujala for a hilarious, honest, and refreshingly non-judgy conversation about pregnancy, motherhood, anxiety, expectations, and everything nobody warns you about before becoming a mom.

Delilah shares stories from her incredible creative career, from voicing “Amazon Alexa” in South Park: Post Covid to working on off Broadway musicals, and more — while also opening up about entering motherhood for the very first time. We talk pregnancy fears, unsolicited advice, body changes, preparing for birth, and how to survive it all with humor intact.

Whether you’re pregnant, trying, already deep in mom life, or just here for the laughs, this episode feels like a giant group chat with women who get it.

  • Music & Moira

What happens when moms, music, and a slightly unhinged wildlife encounter collide? This week on The Full Momty, we sit down with the THE Ms. Moira, a local celebrity and children’s singing teacher who’s basically part music teacher, part joy generator, part tiny-human whisperer.

We get into the power of music for kids (and honestly… for parents trying to hold it all together), how singing builds confidence, and why sometimes the best parenting tool is just belting it out in your kitchen like you’re Wynonna Judd on a comeback tour.

Also: there’s a story involving a rabid bat. Yes. A real one.

It’s heartfelt, hilarious, slightly chaotic, and a reminder that music can save your sanity or at least make the madness more fun.

  • Hold Your Horses

Hold Your Horses 🐎 | Love, OCD & the Healing Power of Animals with Annie Barker

What happens when a horse unexpectedly becomes part of your family… and somehow changes everything?

In this episode of The Full Momty, we sit down with the incredible Annie Barker—mama to two kids, a bunny, a puppy, and (yes) a horse to talk about the surprising, beautiful, and slightly magical way their horse Skooter came into their lives… and into their hearts.

Annie shares the story of how one unexpected connection turned into a deep bond and how animals can ground us, regulate us, and offer a kind of love that feels almost hard to explain (but very easy to feel).

    We also talk about:

    • Motherhood while navigating OCD for both herself and her child
    • Parenting neurodivergent kids with empathy, humor, and a whole lot of love
    • The emotional support animals can provide (for kids and moms)
    • Annie’s work supporting foster youth
    • Her role in organizing the annual OCD Awareness Walk in SCV

And because this is The Full Momty… yes, there are horse puns. Many. Possibly too many. We regret nothing.

This conversation is equal parts hilarious, heartfelt, and grounding. It's a reminder that connection, in all its forms, can be incredibly healing.
