Kenta is an Olympic weightlifting coach, as well as a great weightlifter. He has gained a ton of strength over the last few years of us knowing each other and has really dove headfirst into the world of weightlifting and learned a ton about how to get strong.
While we are generally talking about weightlifting and gaining strength as it relates to CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, the concepts outlined can be applied to any type of strength training program.
