The apostle Paul prayed that the church would "know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God."

The love of Christ brings the fullness of God to us. As we grow in his love, we experience more of the fullness of God - everything that he has for us.

When we co-operate with the work of the Holy Spirit, this will happen!

We must therefore:

1 surrender to the Lordship of Jesus; embrace the changes he makes

2 surrender to God's words to us in the Bible

3 surrender our "fleshly" desires that are contrary to God's ways
