Welcome to The FUN Layer — where joy isn’t just an emotion, it’s a practice.

The FUN Layer exists as a fundamental aspect of the human nervous system, though it can be obscured by thoughts, emotions, and reactions. People, therefore, often find it challenging to bring FUN into conscious awareness. The FUN Layer Course provides tools and techniques to both access and deepen within the FUN, making it accessible in every moment. The practices are ever-evolving, based on Improv principles, Unified Mindfulness techniques, and a grab bag of whatever arises in the moment.
