This week we hop into Richard Linklater's A Scanner Darkly, to discuss the dark sides of drug use, surveillance, and an all too real dystopian world based on the novel of the same name by Philip K. Dick.

What does a scanner see? Into the head? Down into the heart? Does it see into me? Into us? Clearly or darkly? I hope it sees clearly because I can't any longer see into myself.
