And my guest today is Giovanna Shelton-Bailey, the Immersive Experience Lead for North America. Through Immersive Experience, she helps portray the customer’s journey of possibilities with SAP’s innovative solutions through captivating storytelling.

Giovanna graduated from Drexel University with degrees in Professional Studies and Computer Science. She spends her free time finding new restaurants to try in Philadelphia, bonding with her 5-year-old yorkie, keeping an eye on the latest fashion trends, and promoting health and wellness within her network.
