Has CrossFit changed or have people doing CF changed? We go over these answers and share our opinions on them. It seems we are headed in a positive new direction!

We discuss sleep studies, why getting 8-9 hours of sleep is so important and explain the DNA differences between night owls and those crazy early morning people.
