Electric roads being tested in Germany look like many trains and streetcars. They can go from gas to electric by flipping a switch and connecting to medal skids and use power from the road.

This is being tested in Germany.. as debates unfold over how to make the trucking industry free of emissions.. Research is being done on this right here in Utah, Tallis Blalack, Managing Director, ASPIRE NSF Research Center explains the research taking place that could make electric roads a possibility in Utah.
