One of the first things we can do to make healthcare more convenient is through technology. Doctors and specific technologies like robots, will be able to do the tedious and time consuming work allowing the doctors to focus on what really matters, which is healing people.

We all need healthcare, it's as essential to survival as food and water. As technology becomes a bigger part of our lives, people want easier ways to reach the healthcare they need. Mass media is still a powerful way to get that message across but it's not always enough. Personalization has become the trend in marketing and the same goes for healthcare. If a person can receive quality care with the help of technology, can you see them wanting to use a system that isn't that way? It's definitely possible, if two things happen...1) people talk about how great their technology experience was with their doctor 2) the systems are simple enough for an average person to use on their own.

Health technology has come a long way from the days of old. More and more people are getting their hands on this technology and starting to use it for their health and wellness. This Hub gives you an idea about where we are with health technology, and how you too can get this technology for yourself.

The future is looking very exciting for health tech. With the rate of technology development over the past twenty or so years, there are plenty of predictions that technology will have advanced to a point where we can eliminate degenerative diseases as well replicate various vital organs. There is also a lot of promise with regard to how technology will be able to assist those who are suffering from degenerative diseases. I think that the best way to look at things is to remain positive and excited. These are the ideas that will lead humanity forward in terms of medicine.

Health technology is currently booming, and it is becoming increasingly more common in our everyday lives. From wearable devices to monitoring your sleep, there are numerous applications for smart phones and tablets in the healthcare industry. With an aging population, it is likely that the health industry will only continue to grow in size and technological advancement.

We have an elaborate healthcare system but it is not as efficient as we'd like. We need to be data driven, patient centric and use technology, health apps and wearables to cut costs while maintaining the essence of quality healthcare delivered to a large diverse population.
