The popularity and growth of the show surprised a lot of people, including the company that Garrett and John work for, HCA (Hospital Corporation of America).  HCA did not have a podcast until Garrett and John started Off The Box, and subsequently, they want to ensure everything is set up for the anticipated growth as Garrett and John deliver the best content in the digital healthcare world.
