Listen Later

On March 30, 2021, the Federalist Society's DC Young Lawyers Chapter and the Regulatory Transparency Project cosponsored a panel event discussing "Section 230."

Featuring:

Josh Hammer, Counsel, The Internet Accountability Project
Jennifer Huddleston, Director of Technology and Innovation Policy, American Action Forum
Moderator: Thomas Johnson, Former General Counsel, Federal Communications Commission
