On March 30, 2021, the Federalist Society's DC Young Lawyers Chapter and the Regulatory Transparency Project cosponsored a panel event discussing "Section 230." The average American can't cite specific provisions of the US Code, but Section 230 is a notable exception. Few statutes have generated as much controversy and debate, and arguably have had as much impact on American political discourse.
