The future of wolves and why we need to protect them

Wolves are one of the most important animals in the world's ecosystem. They keep deer and elk populations in check, which can benefit many other plant and animal species. The carcasses of their prey also help to redistribute nutrients and provide food for other wildlife species, like grizzly bears and scavengers. An example of their role can be noted in their the documentary, "Wolves saved Yellowstone National Park - The Northern Range".


I love wolves and I believe they're one of the most undervalued by society. The Apex Protection Foundation is doing incredible work to preserve these beautiful animals.


Here's why they're being eradicated in Norway.
