Surabhi Lal ​is a facilitator, storyteller, speaker, and consultant who is in the business of the future of work for individuals, teams, and organizations. She champions inclusive workplaces and uses empathy and strategy to create cultures where individuals and teams thrive. Over the course of her career, she has coached thousands of job seekers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses to help them achieve meaningful success. 

Surabhi is currently the Chief Impact Officer at Luminary, a nationally recognized collaboration hub dedicated to advancing women through community. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service where she teaches courses that focus on management, leadership, workplace effectiveness, and career development.
