As the time on the clock ticks, each day we either move towards or farther away from our goals. The reasons for these movements or lack thereof is largely in part due to the choices we make on a day to day basis. In a given day, a person can make over 10,000 decisions, depending on the complexity of their lives, but even with all of those decisions, only a few of them will make any true difference.

And it is within these pivotal moments of our decision-making process where our future self lies...
