New year, new season and new episode...which brings so much gain from the struggles and development of previous years, seasons and episodes. I talk about the new year and new theme for myself in my career and personally - recognizing the pain and knowing there will be a gain.

Just having a conversation about game planning for our year and moving our careers forward when pain happens - but our goal is to get to the gains and growth of the situation.
