This will be my Game of the Year 2023 predictions as we wait for the The Game Awards 2023 nominations to come out. The GOTY 2023 nominations will be a very tight race in light of how great this year was. Baldur's Gate 3 and The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom are likely going head to head.

But what about Marvel's Spider-Man 2 or Super Mario Bros Wonder? More than that, what about Alan Wake 2, Resident Evil 4 Remake, Sea of Stars, Final Fantasy 16, Star Wars Jedi Survivor, Lies of P, or Street Fighter 6? And yes, I will talk about why I don't think a Starfield GOTY nomination will happen.
