My name is Aayush. So, the lockdown of 2020 has been like a roller coaster ride for me. I went through depression due to some past events, realized my mistakes and decided to change. I kept on learning and gaining knowledge from the internet, books, podcasts and of course from some of the top coaches like Tony robbins, Jay shetty, Gaur gopal das, Dr.Deepak chopra, Oprah and a lot more.
