This episode is about The Omega Virus and how it impacted Mark as a child, what influences it had on his love of themes and gaming, and just generally celebrating how far ahead of the rest of the industry it was at the time of it's release. Mark's copy of The Omega Virus is almost a sacred item in his hagiography because of how much it really did influence him as a person and how the effects of playing that game solo for so many years really did shape him to be the person he is now.
