A boy lives in a big cemetery near the sea with his parents. One day, he tries to leave the graveyard, but forces beyond his understanding stop him.  

The Gates is the fifth short story from THE GATES, a collection of short stories I first published during Lockdown1. I wanted people to have these stories for free while they were self-isolating and/or locked down, so I've made a series of videos of me reading them. Nothing flash. Just an old bloke reading stories.
