Well, I guess after a good movie, we had to have a bad one. This week we're covering Like Father Like Son, starring Dudley Moore (who really, really tries in this movie), Kirk Cameron, Margaret Colin, Catherine Hicks, and a super sleazy Sean Astin. There is no plot, no character development, and even the actors had no idea what the movie was trying to say.

Frist up in our Doubledoo-Switcheroo month, we're starting with the grandmama of the body switching movies, Freaky Friday. Starring Barbara Harris, Jodie Foster, John Astin, Mark McClure, and Sparky Marcus. It's way more fun than you remember!

You know, after The Garbage Pail Kids Movie and Mac and Me, we really thought that The Wizard was going to be the best of the month and boy, oh boy, were we wrong. A 90 minute commercial for Nintendo that can't even do that right, The Wizard is directed by Todd Holland and stars Fred Savage, Jenny Lewis, Beau Bridges, and Christian Slater.

We didn't think something could be worse than The Garbage Pail Kids Movie, but boy howdy were we wrong. No complaints about the cast; they did what they could with a script (?), lazy direction, and a producer that wanted everything yesterday. Throw in the constant McDonald's sponsorship and aliens with butthole mouths that treat Coca-Cola like the elixir of life, and you've got the long-running joke from Paul Rudd that is Mac and Me. Starring Christine Ebersole, Jade Calegory, Jonathan Ward, Tina Caspary, and Lauren Stanley.

Welcome to June Doom V! This June, we're covering some of the worst disasters of the '80s! First up, it's The Garbage Pail Kids Movie, the awful adaptation of a trading card series that not only doesn't make sense, it's one of the most unsettling movies ever made.
