Dr. Catherine Rickwood is a researcher, consultant and speaker who challenges age stereotypes and invites individuals and organizations to reimagine the retirement paradigm. She recently collaborated with the University of New South Wales (Australia) Ageing Futures Institute on a project looking at multi-generational teams.
