Remember the words of the Lord Jesus, which He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’
(Acts 20:35b) – Paul is saying this is the generosity factor! Paul gives us a wonderful model of leadership – he told them what they must do, he had already demonstrated what that would look like and now he takes time to introduce them to his greatest weapon: (Acts 20:36) “And when he had said these things, he knelt down and prayed with them all.”
Here is the “Generosity Factor” – if you can’t give them everything they will need, then you pray with them, and you pray for them, to a God who is able to meet their every need.
