In this episode Alan shares very simple meditation techniques that you can use to start your practice.Krama Breath: Inhale in three parts (i.e. inhale, pause, inhale, pause, inhale, pause) and then exhale all the way. Try to make the length of the exhale the sum total of the inhale.Apa Japa: Make the inhale and exhale smooth and even, watch the breath, and bring the mind back to the breath when it wanders.
