The spirits of Vengeance, once again seek hosts, the hosts however are in the middle of a gang war, starting with Kit, a man who ends up in a bad situation, now with a spirit of venguence, and the ability to turn into the Ghost Rider, he now needs his own army, his own soldiers, to fight the gangs of LA, before they destory everyone even themselves.
