Whatever the tasks, do them slowly with ease and mindfulness. It’s time that we all stop moving at 100 miles per hour and begin to relax, simplify, and live our life with intention. Rather than taking on each task with the goal of getting it over with, embrace the present and soak in each moment. 


Today, I am talking about ways that we can all rewire our minds from feeling overwhelmed and dissatisfied with life to replacing those feelings with joy and a sense of enhanced presence. After a summer of rest and relaxation, I am taking the feelings of calm and peace with me into the fall as my family and I navigate the rush of new activities - and I think each of you should as well. When you are moving through life stressed and unhappy while trying to check off your task list, you are missing out on precious life moments with the people that you care about. Slow down, simplify, and begin to enjoy every single experience with a fresh perspective!
