In late 2010 when four bodies were found on Gilgo Beach and the Gilgo Beach serial Killer was discovered. As more bodies were found along the new york ocean parkway the Gilgo Beach serial killer was renamed the Long Island Serial Killer or LISK for short. After 13 years and 8 victims found, Rex Heuermann has been arrested. This is still an active case so comments about Rex are based on personal opinion and statements from police and those close to the case but are not facts proven in court.
