No, that’s not a Star Wars reference in the title. In our efforts to meet the challenges posed by skeptics, we Christians frequently overlook the appeal of atheism. As we shall see, we ignore this appeal at our own peril. Having explored the appeal of atheism at length in the previous two episodes, we’ll use this final installment in the series to confront the dark side of atheism. As we’ll see, there’s good reason for some of today’s more strident skeptics to be a little more circumspect.
