It easy to feign strength when there's an audience. But you see it is truly Herculean to be true to oneself. As life ebbs and flows hardness, as much as bliss, is certain. So, it worth pondering, when one gets knocked down, what does one do?
Does one keep fighting: blindly, numb to the darts heading to one's temple? Does one retreat to the safety of apathy avoiding every threat and semblance of turbulence? Does one seek for help from the ones that seem to encircle them?
You see, many times, we overestimate our ability to keep the issues of our lives under wraps. We tend to forget that we are mortal. What if the key to rising again is fixing our gaze on the unseen? What if that's all it takes to get back on our feet?
