This South Africa Watch was set apart as a gentle hour of worship and ministry before the Lord. Recognizing the weariness many carried, the hour became a time to lay down agendas, headlines, analysis, and simply return to worship. Through Scripture, gentle prayer, shared reflection, and testimony—including powerful stories of forgiveness, injustice, and God’s quiet vindication—the focus shifted to restoration and honesty before the Lord. The atmosphere was tender and authentic, refreshing hearts as nations united to worship the Lord and bless South Africa.

After sharing the Moravian Watchword for today ( Proverbs 29:6-7) & playing the worship song “Rise up, Rise up”, Ruth Hartog focused on the many prayer meetings around the country and positive attitude of the German Chancellor.Prayer points: 1) pray for the Chancellor of Germany to continue to support USA & Israel.2) pray for the media who believe the lies & deception which is reported as fact. 3) pray for the bridge in the spirit between Jerusalem & Berlin.

Ros Curry led the watch with a power point giving details of recent history of Myanmar/Burma. All Rain sang two songs about being a watchman & Psalm 121, to give direction at the start. The Tender Heart of God for the people came through all the prayers.

Pastor Nkem Okemiri was able to be online this week and looked at the prophetic significance of heading into the 10th week of this year.

The watch started with the Scripture 2Timothy4:1-5 and the prophetic vibrant worship song entitled Africa will be Saved.There will be battles in this season especially against wickedness and strongholds of darkness. But there will be answers to prayers which will break through the resistance of past seasons so that these strongholds of darkness will come down.

One of the leaders from Moldova carried a heavy burden to pray for the children and the youth of Moldova. Addiction to drugs and alcohol is stealing this generation. Lack of parents and lack of spiritual mother and fathers is a serious issue. This truly was on the ABBA’s heart today. The majority of the call was spent with deep heartfelt prayers and intercession for this burden.
