The GLORIO Chat Anime Podcast

Anime has been good this year but the run might be over… we do get to finally talk about Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave and Ace Combat 8 though.

We tear ourselves away from Fire Emblem for a couple of hours to talk about the very good Summer 2026 anime season.

We return after a short break, just in time to preview the Fall 2026 season.

We go in depth on The Dusk Bloods before diving into our weekly anime, including the return of Smoking Behind the Supermarket With You.

We start to make a case for Chainsmoker Cat as anime of the year, plus some spirited debate about The Ghost in the Shell.

Summer 2026 continues to indulge our vices with lots of smoking propaganda and lesbian robots.

We kick of Year 15 of the GLORIO era with a record length episode, featuring a record amount of nudity and drug use.

We try to hide our disappointment as we give our final thoughts on the Spring 2026 season.

We have come to the end of our ride on the trapar waves as Zigg & Aqua watch the classic 2005 mecha anime Psalms of Planets Eureka Seven, and discuss their thoughts and feelings on it as it celebrates its 20th birthday. Keep an eye out for this podcast between main installments of The GLORIO Chat – every two weeks or so – as we work our way through the show

This week it’s the fifth and final of our post-show bonus episodes as we discuss the conclusion of the reboot film trilogy in ‘Eureka: Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution’

We’re back with some previews for the Summer 2026 season and final thoughts on season 2 of Dorohedoro.
