This week we are looking at Hebrews 2:5-13. Our passage once again has us looking at Psalm 8, a psalm we are becoming familiar with, and wondering, 'Who will reign over the new world?' Though humanity has fallen far short of God's intended glory in the Garden of Eden, Jesus has not. Through humbling himself to be a man and suffering death on our behalf, he has become the perfect captain of our salvation. He is crowned now in glory and will reign in the new world—a glory and a reign that we share in grace and faith.
