Well, hello. I come today with a powerful and very necessary download. Me keeping You small, is not helping Me nor You to become the Best Version of Yourself and definitely not helping either of us to enjoy this life at its fullest - as it very well deserves.

What is your belief system around "life"? Around "pleasure"? What beliefs are keeping you playing small? 

Remember to always be "a loving awareness" to yourself. Being aware of something is the first step towards change it.
