Simple belief in Jesus is not enough to change a heart, for the Bible says that even the demons believe and shutter. In today’s message, Pastor David teaches us that in order to receive salvation, we must first repent of our sin. Repentance means that we experience true Godly sorrow over the mistakes that we have made. Repentance also means that we turn away from our sins and turn to the Lord Jesus to deliver us from all unrighteousness. When belief comes with a contrite heart, we experience the new birth.
