On this week’s episode we are going to talk about becoming the future YOU, TODAY!
A few things that were discussed and are vital in becoming the future are:
Visualizing your future with specificity. What doe the future you do in moments when you don't want to show up? How does the future you talk? Do you speak confidence? Do you speak up when you have an idea? How do you dress? Do you commit to moving your body? Do you fuel your body with good wholesome food and supplements? Do you remain in a more positive mindset or more negative? Are you solution orientated?
These are just examples of questions to help you really dive deep into the FUTURE YOU and who she/he is!
We also discussed the placebo effect and Angela encouraged listeners to take a glass of water upon waking and speak positivity, love, encouragement and thoughts about how you DESIRE your day to unfold. Thank God/Universe/Source (whatever you believe in) for all the blessings that pour abundantly into your life and then drink the water.
I am hoping these exercises have inspired in your daily actions to show up as the version of self you are praying to become. While also being grateful for the present. As I quoted in the podcast, Keith Harrell said, "People with a positive attitude are influenced by what goes on within them. People with a negative attitude are influenced by what goes on around them. Your attitude is like the engine that runs the car. The more finely tuned that engine is, the better the car will run."
