Nicole Humber, owner of Bravo Restoration & Construction in Windsor, CA transformed a failing restoration company into a thriving business through exceptional leadership. Starting as a receptionist at 18, she took the bold step of purchasing Bravo Restoration when it was $800,000 in debt, financing it with a second mortgage without telling her husband.
Despite facing immediate challenges (including employee rebellion and industry gender bias) Nicole built one of Northern California's premier restoration services through her unique "leading with love" philosophy and "humanity with accountability" approach.
Her innovative management practices include daily team huddles, transparent communications, and creative recognition systems that foster remarkable employee retention. While building her business, Nicole also earned her degree and raised two children, embodying the personal authenticity she champions in her workplace.
