Some key thoughts on goals for the new year. I am not going to tell you how to make and keep goals other than writing them down and daily reflecting and praying on them. There seems to be a magic pull a supernatural drive when you do that.

Removing clutter and simplifying your life is one of the most effective strategies for goal acceleration.

 

 

People with goals live longer and have less disease and stress in their lives. having something to live for helps prolong a happy and successful life. Goals give purpose and the body becomes immune to a lot of problems simply by having something worth living for. Make goals accordingly.
