The God Frequency and Your Personal Legend

Listen Later

Dear Artist,

In this episode, I explore what it means to stay on the path that is truly yours. I talk about the things that pull us away from it, like comparison, perfectionism, fear, and attachment, and the deeper frequency that helps us come back. The one I’ve been calling the God Frequency.

I’ve been sitting with 2 questions lately:

1) What is my lane?

2) What is my zone?

Let’s start there.

Your Lane is the path that leads you toward what Paulo Coelho, in The Alchemist, calls your Personal Legend.

Your Personal Legend is the deeper life you were meant to live. The truest expression of your soul. The thing that feels most alive. Most true. Most yours.

And Your Zone is the energy that helps you stay on that path.

But of course, many things pull us off that path.

* Comparison

* Competition

* Perfectionism

* Fear of failure

* Fear of rejection

* And one of the biggest ones of all: attachment

Attachment to how it should look. Attachment to how fast it should happen. Attachment to who we need to be. Attachment to what other people need to think. Attachment to how our work needs to be received.

And all of that makes the path heavier. Heavier than it needs to be. It slows us down. It tightens us up. It pulls us out of joy. Out of play. Out of trust.

And this is where Your Zone matters.

In This Episode, We Explore:

* Why so many of us drift from the deeper path we were meant to live

* How to find Your Lane, and the Zone that helps you stay there

* What throws us off our path, even when we know better

* What I mean by the God Frequency, and how it helps us come back to ourselves

* The dream that keeps finding you, and why it may not be random

* Where the real treasure actually is

To me, Your Zone is the place of joy. The place of play. The place of trust. The place of lightness. The place I’ve been calling the God Frequency.

When I step into the God Frequency, comparison starts to disappear. Competition starts to dissolve. The heaviness begins to melt. There is more space. More pleasure. More freedom to create, explore, and move.

And from that place, I can keep walking.

Not with force. Not with panic. Not with constant self-doubt.

But with more presence.More stamina. More joy.

And maybe that’s the deeper invitation here. Not just to chase the dream at the end of the path. But to become someone new while walking it.

Time To Integrate (Part 3 of 3)

The writing exercise below is designed to help you go deeper after listening to the episode

The Dream That Keeps Finding You

Paulo Coelho writes about the idea of a Personal Legend. The deeper life that is yours to live.

So here’s what I want to ask you:

Is there a dream that keeps finding you?

A path that still feels alive, even after all this time. A version of you that still calls to you. A life you may have delayed, dismissed, or drifted from, but never fully forgot.

Write about that dream today.

What is it?Why do you think it keeps returning? What has pulled you away from it?What has it cost you to ignore it? And what is one small step you could take toward it now?

In Closing

Wherever this finds you today, I hope it reminds you that the dream that keeps finding you may not be random. It may be pointing you back to something sacred. Something true. Something that has been yours all along.

Big love,

D
