WHO IS JESUS? WHY JESUS?

It is possible to be aware of a person and not know the person. "I believe in God" is not enough. What do you believe? What about God do you know? Believing in God is not enough, we must examine fully who He is and what His promises are.

GOD IS A SPIRIT: God is a spirit, spirits don't have gender, so the fact that Jesus ascended into heaven

in human flesh shows you that heaven is no longer just a place for spirits its a place for man as well. In ascending into heaven in the likeness of human flesh, He made it open for humans as well.

JESUS IS TRULY GOD AND TRULY MAN: If you say Jesus is fully God, then how did He die? To die, He stripped himself of divinity, allowing himself to die. On the other hand, if He was fully man, then how did He walk on water, how did He command the waves? But He was truly God in that we could see His divine attributes, and He was truly man in that we could see His human nature.
