We praise our God who always sends us two things- affliction and comfort.-1. Whenever God allows affliction to touch us, God provides comfort. -v.1-3a--2. Why won't God prevent our affliction-- -v.3b-4-- God allows our affliction, so that we can better appreciate-- a- that God's nature is to comfort, He constantly comforts us. -v.3b- - b- that affliction comes with God's comfort, - the comfort is greater- -v.4-- c- that we become channels of God's comfort to other sufferers- -v.4--3.
