You start to panic when God’s promises feel delayed—because you assume they now depend on you. So you try harder, tighten your grip, and quietly fear you’ll mess it all up. But God never handed Abraham the weight of fulfillment—He kept it Himself. And in Christ, nothing has changed. The promise isn’t fragile because it was never built on your faithfulness. It rests on His—and He doesn’t fail.
