God does not see humanity as enmity but as people who need salvation. Before Jesus none was righteous but God still loved us, therefore He seeks us to save us. In many instances it is God who makes the first move to seek someone who needs salvation, example in the case of Zacchaeus and Jesus. After being saved, it is our responsibility to take the good news to others who are lost.

It is the revelation of evangelism that takes the good news of God’s love to those around us.
