Day 13: I am allowing my goddess self with ease.
What does happiness look like for you, what does it feel like?
Ask yourself the question- What makes me happy?
Whatever you come up with.. Do more of that. Let’s do more of what makes us feel good.
Happiness seems to be living more in alignment with my best self. Being authentically me. Not who I “should” be, but really who I am, who I am meant to be.
Today’s Journal Prompt:
Can you think of a few things that bring you joy? Happiness? Peace? Just write a few down and see if you can add more into your daily or weekly routine.
Today’s meditation:
I am allowing my goddess self with ease.
Take your time to find a comfortable position, taking a moment to stretch out any areas of your body that are holding tension. Stretch out your neck and shoulders, your back and your hips, your legs, arms, fingers and toes. Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead, cole your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.
I am allowing my goddess self with ease.
I am allowing my best self with ease.
I am grateful for this moment of stillness
I am grateful for each day.
I notice that there are no bad days, maybe just some bad moments along the way.
I am continuing to follow my heart & intuition.
I am allowing myself to live my dream life.
I am allowing myself the idea that it is possible.
I am releasing emotional baggage, setting myself free of struggle.
I take the time to notice how far I’ve come giving my proof that I can keep going.
I am allowing myself to be creative and more in the flow.
I get movement daily with ease, whatever amount that works for me.
I am exactly where I need to be. I know the path to take now, and I’m excited to take it. I know the path will leads me to things so amazing it’s hard to imagine. It is all working out for me.
I am happy, healthy, slim, fit and strong.
I am flexible and balanced.
I am mindful, loving and loved.
I am allowing my goddess self with ease.
Take a few moments to do self meditation, envision yourself through a new lens, see yourself now, today as goddess you. You are beautiful, you are healthy and strong, you are practicing mindfulness. And you are on the path that is meant for you. You are allowed to love yourself now, which gives you even more love, to pass on to others.
Take your time coming back to this moment… bringing awareness back into your body. Bringing movements to the areas of your body that it needs. Bring more love to your day today, noticing yourself treating yourself more like the goddess that you are and deserve to be.
