A dream come true, sitting down with the world most recognized man in longevity and biohacking, Dave Asprey. In this episode we discuss although biohacking is a booming multi-billion dollar growing industry, its still largely unknown among a large percentage of the general population. We discuss hormones, endocrine disruptors, longevity hacks, hormone replacement therapy and so much more. On a side note, this was a very meaningful podcast because my little girl Simba the Pomeranian was by my side the whole podcast and shortly after said farewell and took her last breath after 12.5 years. Dave was incredibly kind and gentle to her and it was a beautiful day.
